1. During peak season, we may not be able to reserve your preferred style and time, so please make reservations at least 1 month to 15 days in advance during the months of March to April, November to December, and year-end and New Year holidays.
2. If you are going to be late for your appointment, please be sure to let us know.
If you are running late, we will give priority to customers who arrive on time.
If you are 15 minutes overdue, we may cancel your reservation.
3. During peak season, we have many customer reservations, and it is expected that dressing and hair-set services will take more than 1 hour and 30 minutes.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
4. Pregnant or physically ill customers are not allowed to use our services.
Please understand that we are not responsible for any problems that may occur as a result of receiving our services without declaring that you are pregnant or have a physical ailment.
5. Please confirm the name and location of the restaurant before coming to our restaurant, as many customers make the mistake.
6. Winter appointments are very cold, so please make sure to wear innerwear (heattech leggings) and other warm clothing to protect yourself from the cold.
Except for the Men's Plan, all other plans are for women only.
Men are requested to use the Men's Plan.
